IFTA Reporting

IFTA fuel tax reporting, handled for you.

Automated mileage tracking, tax calculations, and quarterly IFTA report generation. We take the complexity out of multi-state fuel tax compliance so you can focus on running your fleet.

IFTA Services

Fuel tax compliance, simplified.

The International Fuel Tax Agreement requires carriers operating in multiple states to report and pay fuel taxes by jurisdiction. We make that process effortless.

Automated Mileage Tracking

Our system automatically tracks miles driven in each state and jurisdiction using GPS data from your ELD. No more manual trip sheets or guessing at border crossings.

Tax Calculation & Filing

We calculate your IFTA fuel tax liability by jurisdiction, accounting for fuel purchased vs. miles driven. Get accurate quarterly reports ready for filing.

Quarterly Report Generation

Automated quarterly IFTA reports generated from your fleet's actual GPS and fuel data. Review, approve, and file — all from one dashboard.

Deadline Management

Never miss a filing deadline. We track quarterly due dates and send reminders so you avoid late penalties and interest charges.

Audit Defense

All mileage and fuel records are stored digitally with GPS verification. If you're audited, we provide complete documentation to support every mile and gallon reported.

Fuel Receipt Management

Digitize and organize fuel receipts by jurisdiction. Our system matches fuel purchases to trips, ensuring every gallon is properly credited.

What is IFTA and who needs it?

The International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) is a tax agreement between the 48 contiguous US states and 10 Canadian provinces. If your qualified motor vehicle operates in more than one IFTA jurisdiction, you must have an IFTA license and file quarterly fuel tax returns.

A qualified motor vehicle is any vehicle used, designed, or maintained for transporting persons or property that has two axles and a gross vehicle weight exceeding 26,000 pounds, or has three or more axles regardless of weight, or is used in combination when the combined weight exceeds 26,000 pounds.

Penalty warning: Failure to file IFTA returns or maintain proper records can result in fines, loss of your IFTA license, and being subject to full fuel tax rates at every weigh station.
